ABEX Works is run by Abe Santema, a Dutch sim racer and coach. His coaching combines competitive sim racing experience with a structured, performance-focused approach shaped by his sports education and experience connected to the Esports Talent Center at Sportcentrum Papendal, a leading Dutch high-performance sports environment.
Through personal coaching, Abe helps drivers understand where they lose time, how to train with more structure and how to improve consistency under pressure. Coaching can focus on driving technique, racecraft, data, telemetry, setup direction or preparation for races and events.

Just had my first session with Abe and within an hour I was 0.6 seconds faster per lap (1:59.8 > 1:59.2) on Silverstone. To be honest the 0.6 are of the 3 best sectors and i still need to connect them in a single lap but with the tips and good explanation of Abe this won't be a problem within a few days from now. Thanks @Santema, this was the first session but wasn't the last one 😉
